Thanks to those clearance Lego sets I've gotten recently at Target and Toys R Us, I've reached a milestone of sorts - I now have just over a quarter million pieces and over 2,000 minifigs! I figured this out recently from updating my Lugnet and Peeron set lists as well as adding in my PartsCatalog lists of pieces I've bought from Ebay and/or Bricklink. In addition, my Peeron listing says I have over 1,000 compete sets, of which 600+ are unique. I've had Lego sets since I was a kid, but I'd say that majority of my pieces were obtained within the last 15+ years. All these pieces take up quite a bit of room, either sorted or in built MOCs - if I expect to get to 500,000 pieces in the next 15 years, I'd better start thinking about getting a bigger house!
